Role Overview
We are urgently hiring two dynamic and goal-oriented Marketing Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth by generating interest, acquiring student leads, and converting them into enrollments. The ideal candidate will balance in-office inside sales calling with field-based relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Counseling & Conversion: Guide parents and students through our admission process, helping them understand how Scholar's Mate builds their future.
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate potential student and parent leads through various offline and online marketing initiatives.
- Tele-Calling: Regularly connect with existing leads over the phone to explain our pre-foundation programs, address inquiries, and invite them for campus visits.
- Field Visits: Travel for field visits to meet potential leads, coordinate with local schools, or attend educational events to expand our reach whenever needed.
- Reporting: Maintain clean, daily records of calling data, field visits, and lead statuses to track monthly admission targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or educational business development (Fresher candidates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, convincing skills, and high persistence.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within Bhagalpur and nearby regions for field visits.
- Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter who thrives on achieving monthly targets and earning bonuses.
